Some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we get are:

1. How do I reset my password?
Call us at 1-888-203-9990 and we can reset it for you.

2. How can I change the photo on my personal fundraising page?
Once logged in, visit the Participant Centre and click "Edit Image".  For more information

3. Someone gave me cash, how do I add them to my Honour Roll on my personal fundraising page?
Call the Office and we will add them to your page for you.

4. What is the link that I can give my friends and family to get to my page directly?
Once logged in, visit the Participant Centre and click "Edit URL".  This is a customized, personalized URL is automatically generated by the system for your personal page and team page. You can use this link to drive people to your Personal Page or your Team Page. You can update the name of the link on your profile page.

5.Is the Tax Receipt issued in the Donor’s name, even if I have paid for the donation using my credit card?
Yes. All Tax Receipts must be issued in the Donor’s name.

6.What do I do with the cheques that I receive?
Send these to the Stephen Lewis Foundation and we will add the amounts to your page and honour roll/thermometer.
